Throughout the year, the Blue Ridge Institute and Museum displays galleries of historical artworks, artifacts and other items that reflect aspects of culture in the Blue Ridge range. Examples of what might be viewable at the museum include a gallery of rockabilly art, music and photographs or exhibitions of pottery created in the region. Located on the campus of Ferrum College, the institute also runs a variety of educational and entertainment events at the Blue Ridge Farm Museum.
